Join the Spring 2024 Digital Well-Being Challenge Cohort

It’s November! Dust is settling on the October campus rush, and it’s time to catch up and set plans for spring. We are here to help.

We know that students suffer from tech overuse and that digital boundaries are needed to support student well-being and academic focus. That’s where JOMO(campus) comes in. Take FOMO and flip it on its head. That’s JOMO — the joy of missing out on the right things. We partner with college wellness and student life departments to deliver digital well-being education and interventions for community impact.

longitudinal study of the introduction of social media on college campuses found that social media may have contributed to 300,000 new cases of depression across the country. When it comes to meeting the digital wellness needs of students, there is no time to waste.

We have everything you need to run a successful program at your school THIS spring.

We have an exciting spring cohort coming together. Put your school on the map!
