How we work with you

At JOMO, we’re designing approaches to technology that support people finding joy in missing out on mindless social media consumption and smartphone distraction, so you can make space for what really matters most to you.

By re-negotiating our relationship with technology, we can measurably improve mental health, productivity, and academic performance.

Getting Started with JOMO(campus)

We work together best in phases:

  1. First, we identify the mental health baseline on your campus(es) through surveying and first-hand interviews.

  2. Second, we kick-off digital well-being education on your campus with live student and stakeholder talks (ex. student orientation, faculty/staff.) You choose the group(s), we deliver.

  3. Third, we equip you to run a 4-week digital well-being challenge on campus.

  4. Fourth, we resource you with ongoing digital well-being content and products
